Job Description
This job is an opportunity to work with QA engineering team in full-stack development of tools and infrastructure. We are looking for fountain of ideas and energy, which possess skills and zeal to imagine and implement state-of-the-art tools & technology.
Job Responsibilities:
- System Design & Architecture: Responsible for designing and architecting software systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Code Quality & Reviews: Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices, and contribute to improving code quality.
- Problem Solving & Innovation: Tackle complex technical challenges, identify innovative solutions, and contribute to the overall technical direction of the team and projects.
- Mentorship & Team Development: Mentor junior engineers, share their knowledge and experience, and help them grow their technical skills.
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicate technical concepts effectively, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment on technical decisions.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain and update technical documentation, ensuring that it is accurate and up to date.
- Technical Debt Management: Identify and address technical debt, ensuring that the codebase remains maintainable and scalable.
- Staying Up to Date: Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends, ensuring that the team is using the most effective tools and techniques.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with other engineers and stakeholders within the company.
- Working with Global Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate effectively with global teams, ensuring that projects are delivered successfully.
- Shaping the Team Culture: Contribute to creating a positive and productive team culture.
- Ability to Debug Software and Systems: Possess skills to debug and troubleshoot complex software and systems.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve performance and efficiency.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze data to understand system behavior, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Enhancing User Experience: Contribute to the overall user experience by designing and developing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in full-stack development of tools and infrastructure
- Expertise and hands-on in Python, Streamlit, Plotly, Open APIs, Django, Flask, Vue.JS.
- Expertise and hands-on in MySQL, Maria, PostgreSQL databases.
- Good knowledge on basic networking/cyber security.
- Experience working with virtualization, Dockers and Cloud environment.
