We are looking for a data-driven, patient-obsessed CRM Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our CRM efforts. This is a critical role in managing our messaging throughout the patient journey, improving conversion rates through email / text along with reactivation of legacy contacts, personalizing and segmenting the patient journey across multiple touchpoints including email, text, website and expansions of our referral programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • CRM Strategy & Execution: Develop and own the CRM roadmap to drive retention, loyalty, and reactivation of customers across channels (email, SMS, push, in-store).
  • Email Domain Management / Text # Best practices: Experience managing and working with Hubspot / ESPs to manage and optimize delivery of our email domain / text phone numbers
  • Customer Segmentation & Journey Mapping: Define patient cohorts and behavioral segments to deliver relevant and timely messaging throughout the patient lifecycle.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, build, and analyze multi-channel CRM campaigns—transactional, promotional, educational, and triggered workflow automations.
  • Loyalty & Retention Programs: Lead or support referral and loyalty initiatives, engagement programs, and retention strategies tailored to accelerate the impact of CRM to business goals
  • Data & Insights: Partner with Analytics and Product teams to interpret data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to optimize CRM impact.
  • Testing / Experimentation: Experience with A/B testing, journey building, and workflow automation logic through Hubspot to reduce inefficiency in patient messaging / contact strategies
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all communications are HIPAA-compliant (where applicable) and follow best practices in optin, consent management and data protection (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand and Product teams, contact center, and field / operational teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience developing and executing complex marketing programs that exceed expectations and deliver measurable performance to revenue goals – retail, ecommerce, national + local brand experience a plus
  • Proven track record of managing complex data driven / performance-based business structures in Hubspot or similar CRM technologies
  • Superior analytical and communication skills including ability to effectively analyze marketing effectiveness, communicate to a variety of audiences, summarize reporting and make solid data-driven recommendations to optimize CRM performance.
  • Strong project management, time management, multitasking, and decision-making skills that thrive in a fast paced environment of shifting deadlines.
  • Creative and innovative, must be able to set and maintain high standards while maintaining a bias to action and innovation.
  • Proactive, takes initiative, works independently, strong listening skills and can receive and provide critical feedback.
  • Ability to travel to centers and national support
  • BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent field.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work onsite at the Corporate Office in Bellevue, WA for a minimum of 3 days a week. May work in remote office locations on Wednesdays and Fridays.

COMPENSATION:

At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $105,000 + Bonus.

Compensation Range

$90,000 - $105,000 USD

Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future. Full-time employees may also receive benefits such as incentives, equity, health coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
