We’re looking for a senior, hands-on leader to own and elevate our digital experience. As Director of Digital Product, you’ll shape how people discover Sono Bello, engage with our content, and ultimately become patients.

You’ll bring the experience and judgment to build and scale a modern digital product function, creating the structure, processes, and discipline that drive growth. You’ll use data and insight to guide priorities, improve performance, and connect digital strategy directly to measurable business outcomes.

This role requires a mix of strategy and execution: someone who can architect a vision for digital growth and personally drive it forward. You’ll act as both a builder and operator, setting up the foundation for a scalable function while staying close to the work.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Lead the digital product strategy and roadmap focused on acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
  • Establish the vision and structure for digital experience as a core marketing function, building the processes and tools that enable growth.
  • Define and manage frameworks for prioritization, experimentation, and performance measurement across digital initiatives.
  • Work directly with performance data to understand where users drop off, what drives engagement, and how to improve conversion.
  • Build business cases and ROI models for digital investments and new initiatives.
  • Partner with analytics and operations teams to connect digital engagement to consultations and overall business results.
  • Partner with creative and brand teams to ensure the digital experience reflects Sono Bello’s identity and connects emotionally with patients.
  • Own the SEO strategy across technical, structural, and content areas to support sustained organic growth.
  • Apply a merchandising mindset to the digital experience, ensuring content and calls to action are presented effectively.
  • Collaborate with engineering, and operations to create seamless user experiences from discovery to scheduling or consultation.
  • Communicate insights, progress, and priorities to marketing leadership to guide planning and investment.
  • Manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Explore new technologies and tools, including AI and personalization, to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, testing, and continuous improvement across all digital work.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 10-15+ years of experience in digital product management, growth marketing, or a related field focused on acquisition and conversion.
  • Proven success improving website performance, SEO, and conversion rates.
  • Strong analytical foundation with experience using GA4, Tag Manager, A/B testing, and optimization tools.
  • Experience with various Martech systems and CMS platforms. comfortable working with tools that power personalization, content management, A/B testing and site optimization.
  • Ability to partner and connect with UX, content, and data to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Experience collaborating across marketing, engineering, design, and operations.
  • Strategic thinker who can set a long-term vision while remaining hands-on with execution.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Hybrid work schedule in Chicago.

 

COMPENSATION:

At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $147,000 - 184,000 + Bonus.

Compensation Range

$147,000 - $184,000 USD

Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future. Full-time employees may also receive benefits such as incentives, equity, health coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
