As a Surgeon Recruiting Specialist, you will take on a strategic role in supporting the growth and efficiency of the surgeon recruiting team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce, ensuring smooth integration and adoption across teams, while also taking on new responsibilities in financial management, marketing, and recruitment logistics. This position will allow you to leverage your skills to enhance the recruitment process, improve operational efficiency, and drive the success of our recruitment initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Salesforce Management: Serve as the go-to expert for Salesforce, ensuring its effective usage and integration across teams. Support adoption efforts by providing guidance, troubleshooting, and training to ensure optimal use of the platform.
  • Financial and Expense Management: Oversee the Surgeon Recruiting P-card, process expense reports, and ensure accurate tracking of financials. Maintain financial accuracy and ensure compliance with budget guidelines and internal financial processes.
  • Marketing Collateral Creation: Take ownership of creating and developing marketing collateral for both digital and print distribution. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment with overall recruitment strategies.
  • Society Meeting Coordination: Manage logistics for society meeting attendance, including registration, shipping of materials, and coordination of travel details. Ensure all materials are prepared in advance to support the recruitment efforts at each event.
  • Compliance and Credentialing: Run the National Practitioner Database (NPDB) reports to ensure compliance and maintain accuracy in the credentialing process during the recruitment cycle.
  • Assist the recruiters with administrative tasks, including processing paperwork, scheduling interviews, and coordinating travel arrangements for candidates.
  • Manage interview scheduling in collaboration with recruiters, candidates, and interview teams, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and interview teams regarding interview schedules, last-minute changes, and problem-solving as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition tracking within the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide logistical support for hiring events, including venue coordination, candidate communication, and materials preparation.
  • Research and establish relationships with third-party recruitment sources to enhance hiring strategies.
  • Support employment branding efforts by monitoring and maintaining Aesthetic Physicians, PC’s website and LinkedIn page with relevant recruitment updates.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Expertise in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, with the ability to train and support others in utilizing the platform.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on collaboration and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in managing financial processes, including expense reporting and budget management.
  • Proven experience in developing marketing materials and ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives.
  • Experience with event planning, logistics coordination, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Ability to provide leadership support in both tactical and strategic areas.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other related software.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work onsite at the Corporate Office in Bellevue, WA for a minimum of 3 days a week. May work in remote office locations on Wednesdays and Fridays.

 

COMPENSATION:

At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $67,000 - $84,000 depending on experience.

Compensation Range

$67,000 - $84,000 USD

Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future. Full-time employees may also receive benefits such as incentives, equity, health coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
