  • Maintains a consolidated view of all in-flight IT projects using Smartsheet, Excel, and FreshService, ensuring task owners, timelines, and dependencies are clearly documented and up to date
  • Drives cross-functional coordination between IT, clinic operations, and field teams, serving as the central point of contact for project status and escalation
  • Manages external vendor and ISP relationships, holding partners accountable to delivery commitments and escalating issues as needed to ensure timelines are met
  • Produces clear, consistent project status updates and reports for the IT Manager and relevant stakeholders
  • Identifies scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, or delivery risks early and communicates proactively to minimize impact
  • Documents project processes, workflows, and outcomes to support audit readiness and repeatability across similar future projects
  • Supports IT operational planning activities and contributes to the development of project intake and prioritization processes

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT project coordination, IT operations support, or a related role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
  • Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools including Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and FreshService or similar ticketing platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across IT staff, vendors, field operations, and clinic leadership
  • Experience coordinating with ISPs or telecom vendors preferred; familiarity with circuit provisioning processes is a plus

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
