Sono Bello, a national leader in cosmetic surgery with over 120 locations across the U.S., is seeking a data driven Senior FP&A Analyst to help propel our continued expansion. This pivotal role partners closely with finance and executive leadership to deliver actionable insights that guide critical decisions across all functions. The Senior FP&A Analyst will lead key aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders. The ideal candidate is a proactive and analytical problem solver with exceptional attention to detail, strong financial systems expertise, and the ability to communicate insights clearly and persuasively.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting

  • Lead key components of the annual budgeting process and long-term strategic planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support scenario planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance and outcomes.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews, including board-level financial reporting and presentations.

Business & Financial Analysis

  • Provide actionable insights related to revenue, expenses, profitability, operational efficiency, cash flow, assets, liabilities, and equity.
  • Conduct detailed financial and operational analyses to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with department leaders to align financial goals with operational plans and business priorities.
  • Develop ROI analyses for strategic initiatives, including new products, market expansion, and capital investments.
  • Support investor and lender requests while ensuring compliance with financial covenants and reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to enterprise and equity valuation analyses to support fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations activities.

Strategic Decision Support

  • Collaborate with finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support critical business decisions and investments.
  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate business opportunities under varying market conditions.
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and communicate company performance.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Champion automation and process improvement initiatives across financial planning and reporting functions.
  • Optimize financial systems and tools, including Adaptive Insights, Acumatica, and Excel, to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Enhance forecasting and reporting methodologies while ensuring the integrity of financial data.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and financial accountability throughout the organization.
  • Support the development of training resources and tools that improve financial literacy and empower business partners with data-driven insights.

Education, Experience & Skills

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or corporate finance.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Experience working in high-growth, multi-location organizations, including both smaller and larger company environments.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial planning systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, CFA, or other relevant advanced degree/certification.
  • Experience with four-wall EBITDA analysis.
  • Experience with financial planning tools such as Adaptive Insights or Planful.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience supporting private equity-backed organizations.
  • Healthcare, medical aesthetics, cosmetic services, retail, or multi-site operational experience is a plus.

COMPENSATION:

At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $92,000 - $115,000 depending on experience.

Compensation Range

$92,000 - $115,000 USD

Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future. Full-time employees may also receive benefits such as incentives, equity, health coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.

Benefits Package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K, EAP, PTO, and Paid Holidays. (Benefits eligibility may vary based on employment status.)
