Manager, Web Program Management

IL - Chicago

Sono Bello is America's top cosmetic surgery specialist, with 185+ board-certified surgeons who have performed over 300,000 laser liposuction and body contouring procedures. A career at Sono Bello means being part of a dynamic and high-energy work environment where every team member can make a difference. We love what we do, and it shows! We believe everyone deserves to have their best body today and pursue their best life now.

This position is based in the Chicago, IL area with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid work model.

Sono Bello is the nation’s largest and fastest-growing provider of cosmetic surgery and a recognized category disruptor in aesthetic surgery. With a national network of 130+ centers, the company has built a scaled operating platform that delivers consistent outcomes while enabling growth and innovation in a historically fragmented market.

We operate at the intersection of beauty, confidence, and healthcare. The patients we serve are making meaningful decisions about their bodies and their lives, and how we show up for them digitally matters enormously. People here are passionate, hold themselves to high standards, and do their best work in an environment where bold thinking is welcomed and results are what count.

Sono Bello is entering a new phase of growth. We are expanding from a single-product company into a multi-product portfolio, investing in new services and capabilities, and building the digital infrastructure to support that ambition. Our website is one of the most important patient acquisition channels we have, and we are committed to making it perform at the highest level.

Position Overview

The Manager, Web Program Management is responsible for the execution and optimization of Sono Bello's web initiatives in support of patient acquisition, appointment generation, and conversion. Reporting to the Director of Digital Product, you will work at the center of a cross-functional environment, partnering across Marketing, Technology, Operations, and external agencies to deliver web experiences that are high quality, scalable, and connected to business goals.

This is a hands-on role. You are as comfortable updating center location details, managing local listings in tools like BirdEye, and coordinating CMS updates as you are building a project plan or presenting performance data to stakeholders. You bring operational discipline to a fast-moving environment, use data to drive continuous improvement, and do not wait to be told what needs fixing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Program coordination and delivery

Support the Director of Digital Product in implementing the web roadmap. Coordinate execution across cross-functional teams to deliver web initiatives on time and within scope. Manage day-to-day project work including website updates, CMS changes, listing management, and feature releases. Track milestones, flag risks and dependencies early, and keep the right people informed.

Optimization and performance tracking

Support ongoing website optimization efforts including A/B testing, SEO, personalization, and UX improvements. Track and report on key performance indicators including traffic, engagement, and conversion. Translate data into clear summaries and surface actionable recommendations to the team.

Process and operations

Help build and maintain program processes including intake, prioritization, timelines, and resource coordination. Create visibility into project status for stakeholders at multiple levels. Identify issues before they become blockers and escalate thoughtfully when needed.

AI and emerging tools

Partner with the Director of Digital Product to explore and support implementation of AI agent solutions into web workflows. Bring curiosity and a practical mindset to new tools and approaches that can improve efficiency and the patient experience.

Vendor and compliance coordination

Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to support timely, high-quality delivery. Partner with Legal to ensure web content meets healthcare regulatory standards. Hold partners to clear expectations and follow through on accountability.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in web program management, digital project management, or marketing operations in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Unbounce, or Adobe Experience Manager, including direct page building and content editing, not just oversight
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS sufficient to communicate clearly with developers, flag issues, and manage QA
  • Familiarity with local listings and reputation management platforms such as BirdEye, Yext, or similar, including multi-location data management
  • Experience with A/B testing, SEO fundamentals, and conversion rate optimization
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools including GA4, with the ability to translate performance data into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfort with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Monday, etc. and the discipline to keep multiple workstreams organized and visible
  • Proven ability to manage vendor and agency relationships with clear expectations and consistent follow-through
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in environments where operational accuracy across many locations matters
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience in healthcare, retail, multi-unit consumer services, or similarly complex operational environments a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

WHO YOU ARE

You are organized, detail-oriented, and good at keeping things moving across teams. You communicate clearly, follow through on what you commit to, and build trust by being reliable. You are comfortable switching between hands-on operational tasks and bigger picture project work without losing momentum on either. You bring a curious, problem-solving mindset to digital and you are motivated by seeing the work land well.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

Sono Bello's website is where the patient journey begins for the vast majority of the people we serve. Getting that experience right, making it fast, clear, and easy to act on, directly drives business growth. This role helps make that happen by keeping the right initiatives on track and the right people aligned.

For someone who wants meaningful digital work, real cross-functional exposure, and room to grow inside a high-performing team, this is a strong opportunity.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
