Job Title: Operations & IT Specialist
Location: South San Francisco, CA
Reports to: Experience Operations Manager
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 9am - 5pm

Job Summary:
Operations - reporting to Naaz Ali (80%)
Job Duties
• Greeting Guests, New Hires & Providing Tours as needed
• Handling Office Mail packages (shipping & receiving)
• Setting up meetings to ensure smooth video conferencing
• Office/Tech Supplies & Snacks Inventory & Restock
• Submitting Forms and Updating Spreadsheets: New Hires, & Distribution Lists
• Research & Project Deliverables (i.e. Events, Research, and Employee Support)
• Communication for new hire onboarding and employee lunches
• Supporting event tasks (i.e. Quarterly events and Conference Support)
• Maintaining internal calendar system
IT - working with Head of IT (20%)
Job Duties
• Technical Onboarding includes preparing laptops, and software setup
• New Hire equipment, desk and software setup
• Fixing common recurring problems for example, Wi-Fi and printer connectivity
• Troubleshooting internal video conferencing issues
Qualifications
Project experience 4 - 6 years experience in any hospitality or office management industries
IT experience 1 - 2 years experience; willingness to learn
People person & willing to learn attitude
