Position Summary

SHMA is looking for a high performing Delivery Operations Advisor/Specialist, to join our growing team in Torrance, C.A. The ideal candidate will support the sales and delivery process for AFEELA customers and internal stakeholders.  This position is responsible for ensuring that all customer required sales, finance, registration, delivery, and title paperwork and processes are completed and collected during the purchase process, while also assuring a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.  Closely work with the Title Clerk to ensure all DMV title and registration paperwork is processed in a timely manner.  Ensures all funds have been collected and checks for accuracy to ensure that all information is complete.  

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned sales territory on day-to-day vehicle administrative needs for AFEELA customers with the objective of providing the highest levels of positive customer experiences as possible
  • Coordinate with the Sales, Delivery and Order Operations teams to ensure that all required documents pertaining to the vehicle purchase are complete and accurate prior to delivery.
  • Provide operational support to business partners for ad-hoc initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders where required
  • Monitor the vehicle order status and pro-actively communicate updates and order exceptions to key stakeholders
  • When needed resolve questions and concerns that arise during customer purchase process
  • Coordinate and support the AFEELA purchase process including financing, titling, and registration requirements utilizing AFEELA’s e-signature platform to help facilitate a seamless delivery process
  • Collect and prepare required documents and confirmations for vehicle payment
  • When required provide customer updates thru the AFEELA App with statuses throughout the order and purchase life cycle
  • Follow-up with key stakeholders for delivery, registrations, and other requested vehicle information
  • Assist with the facilitation and scheduling of Home Delivery of the customers vehicle when requested
  • As Required research, maintain, and file to re-coup State and Federal EV incentives on AFEELA’s behalf
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications for Position

Required

  • Minimum 4-7 years of customer service experience
  • Minimum 4-7 years of administrative and/ or sales support in a professional office environment
  • The position requires office skills including personal computer, Microsoft products (Word for Windows, Excel, and Outlook), 10-key and the ability to accurately operate other office equipment.  Previous ERP experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Creative, strategic thinker
  • Demonstrated problem solving and research skills
  • Results and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues and projects to closure
  • Able to effectively work with numerous departments and working styles and eager to develop a clear understanding of how to present and share information across the different teams.
  • Ability to work well while multi-tasking in a high performance, fast paced team environment.
  • Data Entry and Organization skills.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.  The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
