Join Our Team as an Office Manager

Are you ready to take on an ambitious and rewarding role at Sony Interactive Entertainment? We are seeking an outstanding Office Manager to join our Madison, WI office. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to coordinate and contribute to the flawless operation of our vibrant and collaborative workspace. Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the efficient running of the Madison office while encouraging a collaborative and engaging work environment.
  • Support department requests including ordering supplies, processing approval requests, and adhering to department budget guidelines.
  • Coordinate on-site events, liaising with IT, Facilities, and Catering to ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist the Senior Director/Site Lead with communication, policy creation, and announcements.
  • Manage agendas and actions from site leadership meetings.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Site Lead and Madison staff, including scheduling site-based team meetings, reserving conference rooms, and handling correspondence.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve or streamline current systems and processes.
  • Support Sr. Leadership with scheduling, calendaring, timely expense reporting and travel arrangements.
  • Aid in the onboarding of new employees and contractors.

Daily/Monthly Operations:

  • Handle the sending and receiving of packages.
  • Coordinate stock supplies and lead all aspects of kitchen, break room, and office supply orders.
  • Plan and execute events, including setting up and cleaning up catering.
  • Support visitors to the Madison site, ensuring they have a remarkable experience.
  • Manage the storage room and ensure conference room equipment is functioning.
  • Participate in the Social Committee and Newsletter Committee.
  • Coordinate social event setups, including TV displays and decorations.
  • Contact security for site access, badges, and visitor management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize multiple requests.
  • Diligent with strong note-taking skills.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities to coordinate employees and handle challenges.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to meet demands in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Professional discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Creativity in coordinating fun social events while adhering to budget constraints.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Preferred: 5+ years of experience in an administrative assistant and/or Office Manager role.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.

$71,000 - $106,400 USD
