Sr. Partner Innovation and Engagement Manager

As the Partner Innovation & Engagement Manager, you will drive our efforts to create, transform plans to action, and optimize exceptional experiences for our partners. You will be responsible for seeing concepts to reality, driving innovation, fostering partner-first advocacy, and enhancing brand reputation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that elevate our brand and strengthen partner loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Use partner journey maps and feedback to identify pain points and prioritize initiatives with highest ROI potential to improve our partner experience with PlayStation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize the partner journey, addressing gaps and improving outcomes.
  • Lead long-term, multi-year projects focused on enabling partner success and efficiency
  • Lead ideation sessions to generate bold ideas for improving the partner experience with PlayStation
  • Explore opportunities to integrate new technologies, services or experiences to enhance interactions with us and drive positive outcomes
  • Design and implement loyalty programs that build trust with our publishing and development communities
  • Foster relationships with key publishing partners to drive continuous feedback for partner experience improvements and turn them into plans of action
  • Lead cross-functional team discussions to set clear goals, roles and establish timelines for initiatives or PS Partners experience changes
  • Tag into assigned projects at any stage to provide support, drive alignment and see initiative through to successful completion, ensuring deliverables meet objectives and timelines
  • Craft compelling narratives to influence Sr. Level stakeholders and gain buy-in for partner experience improvements. 
  • Elevate and advocate for a holistic PS Partners experience in all actions - presentation creation, participation in internal events and forums
  • Champion for partner-first and partner-centric approaches for PS Partners and its programs 
  • Foster partnerships and collaborations with our cross-functional teams to have PS Partners and it’s programs represented consistently and widely in all long-term planning for all impacted or relevant teams.
  • Analyze data and trends to drive partner-centric initiatives 
  • Work with teams to evaluate feasibility and prioritize initiatives that yield measurable improvements

Qualifications: 

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong critical and strategic thinking to connect cross-functional experiences and elevate partner-focused service delivery.
  • Data-Driven: Experience analyzing data and feedback to drive actionable recommendations and improvements.
  • Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver refined experiences that enhance partner success.
  • Communication & Advocacy: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; able to influence at senior levels.
  • Execution Excellence: Demonstrated ability to initiate, lead, and see projects through to completion (“starter and finisher”).
  • Collaboration: Strong facilitation and collaboration skills, able to lead ideation across diverse teams and align towards a shared goal.
  • Big Picture & Detail-Oriented: Ability to see both the macro vision and finer details required for success.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Familiarity with the relationship between publishers, developers, and PlayStation.
  • Background in the games industry or B2B customer experience.
  • Understanding of development and publishing processes.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location. 

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

This is a flexible role that can be remote, with varying pay ranges based on geographic location. For example, if you are based out of Seattle, the estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.

$135,800 - $203,800 USD
