Role overview:

As Learning and Development Coordinator, you will work alongside the global learning and development team with particular emphasis on programs across EMEA and be responsible for the smooth day-to-day coordination and administration of live and online learning and development courses.

Your main focus will be the smooth planning and coordination of courses, events, vendor led development and content creation, and online learning assets. This includes coordinating and tracking course applications, waiting lists, course evaluations, reporting and a broad range of vendor management activities.

Your secondary focus will be a regular point of contact for key partners across the business, handling questions on the learning management system, signposting towards relevant content, and matching training requests to external vendors where appropriate.

To be successful you will need to have a commitment for and be motivated by coordination, organisation and attention to detail. You will have a 6th sense for scheduling and critical paths to make sure our programs and initiatives are delivered on time and accurately. You will also need to be comfortable working in a fast paced and flexible environment where adapting to change is an essential part of planning and execution.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide administrative, communication and training support to Learning and Development programs and initiatives, including leadership programs and coaching engagements
  • Manage arrangements for learning programs including marketing, scheduling, registration, hospitality and catering
  • Support vendor management through vendor liaison, record keeping, performance evaluation purchase order processing and vendor onboarding
  • Be a point of contact for partners across the business interested in engaging with Learning and Development
  • Generate reports/data/key metrics (pivot tables, summarise data and tables, etc.) and present this information in PowerPoint and other document types as needed
  • Support the administration of a Learning Management System and Learning Experience Platform including handling questions from stakeholders
  • Maintain and implement continuous improvement across program coordination and administration
  • Stay ahead of learning technology trends and advancements to look for opportunities for efficiencies and user experience improvements
  • Continually challenge current approaches through adoption of innovative technologies and AI automation

What we're looking for:

  • 2 years’ (or equivalent) experience within HR, preferably within a Learning and Development function
  • High proficiency across Office365 products including, but not limited to, Outlook, Teams, Planner, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Co-Pilot, Forms and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated experience of scheduling and coordinating events, calendars and maintain light projects
  • Good communication and copywriting, collaboration, and advising skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage vendor relationships and coordination, including elements of contracting and payment

Desirable:

  • Experience in the gaming industry or a solid understanding of gaming technologies and trends.
  • Comfortable with and already applying AI tools and platforms, such as machine learning, natural language processing, or generative AI applications.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems such as Absorb
  • Ability to navigate dashboard and portal / platform-based technologies
