Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a candidate to join our game integration platform to bring gameplay and platform experiences closer together! As a team member for the Partners Platform, you will have the opportunity to work at the intersection of Business and Engineering on the Partners Salesforce CRM. 

You'll be responsible for helping to set the PlayStation CRM roadmap, co-ordinating with business and engineering to help improve the relationship between SIE and our Game development and publishing Partners.. 

You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the PlayStations Partners Salesforce CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Execution: Lead and manage technical programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive the execution of the PlayStation Partners Salesforce CRM development, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product management, and operations teams across multiple locations and timezones to drive seamless execution.
  • Roadmap & Planning: Define program scope, timelines, and key milestones, ensuring clear prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a high-performance Agile environment.
  • Ensure the development team is following Agile best practices and adhering to defined workflows in order to deliver value incrementally.
  • Monitor and manage team velocity, and adjust workloads as needed to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential roadblocks early and proactively mitigate risks to keep programs on track.
  • Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve program management processes to enhance efficiency and team productivity.


 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Product Owner skillset and experience.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and technical program management best practices.
  • Experience delivering Salesforce CRM projects 
  • Salesforce Certifications
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive decisions with data-driven insights.
  • Experience with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office) and tracking KPIs.
  • Background in engineering or a technical field is a plus.

 

Advantageous experience/ Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with game development, cloud platforms, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
    • Previous experience in consulting roles supporting a variety of clients on Salesforce projects
    • Spanish speaking 
    • Experience in Game Industry
