Are you highly organised, quick-thinking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help keep our hiring process running smoothly and support our mission to bring world-class talent to the best place to work and play.

In this role, you’ll be a vital part of the Talent Acquisition team—coordinating interviews, managing schedules, and helping deliver an exceptional candidate experience. If you're passionate about people, detail-driven, and excited to be part of an iconic brand, we want to hear from you!

Please note: This is a 6m contract position to start. While the role is primarily remote, occasional in-office presence may be required to support on-site interviews.

What you'll be doing:

Schedule phone screens, onsite/Teams interviews, and candidate travel; greet candidates and lead all aspects of the on-site interview process
Participate in job kick-off meetings to provide expert guidance on scheduling and candidate experience
Schedule debrief meetings and ensure that scorecards are completed and attached for the hiring team to review
Partner with recruiters to build a professional and fun recruiting experience for each candidate we connect with
Update and supervise Greenhouse, our applicant tracking database, to ensure candidate progression is being supervised accurately and to maintain data integrity.
Post & handle open positions to specialised websites when needed
Process candidate travel reimbursements
Proactively identify and implement process improvements
Must be able to answer general recruiting questions for candidates and new hires

What we're looking for:

Must have strong oral and written communication skills as well as excellent attention to detail - collaborative nature
Prior experience with Snr/Exec level coordination is preferred
Excellent customer service ethos
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus
1-3 years in a Staffing / HR Coordinator, or related role preferred

NB This is a 6 month contract position via a day rate
