Role Overview (6m Day Rate Contract)

Are you highly organised, quick-thinking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help keep our hiring process running smoothly and support our mission to bring world-class talent to the best place to work and play.

In this role, you’ll be a vital part of the Talent Acquisition team—coordinating interviews, managing schedules, and helping deliver an exceptional candidate experience. If you're passionate about people, detail-driven, and excited to be part of an iconic brand, we want to hear from you!

Please note: This is a 6m contract position to start. While the role is primarily remote, occasional in-office presence may be required to support on-site interviews.

What you'll be doing:

  • Schedule phone screens, onsite/Teams interviews, and candidate travel; greet candidates and lead all aspects of the on-site interview process
  • Participate in job kick-off meetings to provide expert guidance on scheduling and candidate experience
  • Schedule debrief meetings and ensure that scorecards are completed and attached for the hiring team to review
  • Partner with recruiters to build a professional and fun recruiting experience for each candidate we connect with
  • Update and supervise Greenhouse, our applicant tracking database, to ensure candidate progression is being supervised accurately and to maintain data integrity.
  • Post & handle open positions to specialised websites when needed
  • Process candidate travel reimbursements 
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements  
  • Must be able to answer general recruiting questions for candidates and new hires

What we're looking for:

  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills as well as excellent attention to detail - collaborative nature
  • Prior experience with Snr/Exec level coordination is preferred
  • Excellent customer service ethos
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus
  • 1-3 years in a Staffing / HR Coordinator, or related role preferred

NB This is a 6 month contract position via a day rate
