Role Overview:  

The PlayStation Store & Services Growth Marketing team is responsible for marketing our flagship PlayStation Plus subscription service, and PlayStation’s multi-billion-dollar D2C businesses (PlayStation Store and PlayStation Direct).  

 This role will report directly to the Growth Marketing Go-to-Market team and plays a key role in driving the creation, delivery, and optimization of innovative promotional campaigns. As a vital contributor to the team, you will be responsible for scoping, delivering, and optimising processes and workflows to increase the velocity and volume of outputs while maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and channel requirements. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Creative Promotional Development: Drive the creation and optimization of promotional assets that enhance growth marketing initiatives.
  • Strategic Contribution: Collaborate on the creative strategy for Store & Services promotions, ensuring assets are utilized effectively to support business objectives.
  • Execution Excellence: Ensure the timely delivery of creative assets tailored to channel execution, aligning them with brand standards and specific channel requirements.
  • Process Enhancement: Support the scoping, implementation, and automation of workflows to boost output efficiency and scalability.
  • Experimentation and Testing: Drive creative experimentation by developing and supporting a robust test-and-learn agenda to inform future campaign strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize performance reporting to assess the effectiveness of promotional campaigns across various formats, sizes, and creatives, working closely with the performance management & creative teams to optimize results.
  • Audience Strategy: Collaborate to establish the most effective audience targeting strategies to align with business goals and maximize impact.
  • Innovative Growth Strategies: Brainstorm and implement new creative growth strategies, continuously monitoring digital trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to refine ongoing plans. 

What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years in marketing roles preferably across the Gaming/Entrainment vertical in creative or performance roles
  • A history of successfully operating in complex matrix global organisations  
  • Comfortable supporting setting up/enhancing processes for campaign or creative delivery at scale (multi market/product)
  • Experience with Dynamic content optimisation & creative/campaign automation tools would be beneficia
