Role Overview
This role reports into the digital operations and business readiness team who are responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of PS Direct digital storefront updates, including for new product launches, sales events, and other strategic projects.
The coordinator is responsible for assisting in go-to-market readiness activities as well as providing hands-on support in maintaining content, imagery and assets for use across PlayStation Direct.
What you'll be doing:
Business Readiness support
- Assist the Business Readiness team in maintaining operational briefing documents and workflows. Ensure accurate capture of merchandising needs through operational briefs and support coordination between teams to deliver against the plan.
- Help manage PS Direct creative tickets by ensuring creative briefs’ accuracy and coordinating with Creative Services to deliver relevant materials within project timelines.
- Track customer experience feedback and buyers' NPS following key product releases and promotions on PSD digital storefronts.
Digital Operations support
- Work with the Digital Operations Content team to prepare assets for new product launches, promotional launches, and other strategic projects.
- Edit images and videos to the correct format and size while maintaining quality for on-site use.
- Assist in the translation process to ensure the correct copy is localized in all relevant languages.
- Manage content metadata within the relevant systems.
- Support the Digital Content Associate Managers in ongoing site maintenance and updates.
- Perform regular QA checks of the site and customer journeys to ensure updates match established briefs for each campaign.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail e-commerce, preferably in consumer electronics or video game software.
- 2+ years of related experience using e-commerce content tools and platforms, preferably SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris and Adobe Experience Manager 6.5 (CMS, Experience Fragments, DAM).
- Experience using editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Media Encoder.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Project management expertise a plus
- Bias for action and ability to be flexible
