Role overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior PX Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex cases, process improvement and compliance, and acting as an escalation point for HR-related issues. This role requires deep expertise in people processes and technology across EMEA, strong analytical skills and the ability to build solid relationships with key partners in People Experience, Talent Acquisition, People Technology, Compensation and Benefits teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Subject matter expert: Act as the process owner for defined PX processes, taking ownership for supporting documentation, creation / maintenance of knowledge articles, coaching and guiding others to build team expertise.
  • Process Improvement: Review and optimise processes, automating and streamlining where possible, ensuring the smooth operation of PX processes, delivering a great experience for employees.
  • Support self-service culture: analyse case trends, building out Tier 0 support for employees to drive a self-service culture. Ensure articles are informative, easy to find, reviewed and updated on a regular basis.
  • Leverage AI powered tools and systems: to identify patterns and trends, using insights to create a frustration experience for our people and drive process excellence.
  • Compliance: ensure compliance with process, policy and legislation. This includes right to work compliance and audit checks (SOX and PWC audits).
  • Complex Case management: lead on complex queries, guiding the team to answer complex cases and troubleshoot complex process and systems issues.
  • Work closely with centres of expertise: to support on the execution of cyclical activities and acting as a first line of support for related questions.
  • PXT support: Manage complex Workday activities e.g. cancelling / rescinding business processes, carrying out bulk uploads and requesting or amending Workday reports.
  • General HR tasks: support the team with business as usual activity covering all PX cases including hire, onboarding, employee lifecycle queries and benefit processing to offboarding

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years experience (or equivalent) working in a PX/HR Advisory role with exposure to HR processes, policies and best practice across EMEA region.
  • Subject matter expertise in core HR processes.
  • Proven experience in HR process improvement, compliance and complex query management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to streamline processes and leverage technology to improve the employee experience.
  • Ability to manage complex cases and serve as an escalation point.
  • Systems experience with Workday, Greenhouse and ServiceNow would be a big plus!
