What You’ll Own

  • Lead and Grow
    Coach a team of experienced recruiters to hit big goals and bring our values to life, collaboration, continuous improvement, and unmatched hiring support.
  • Partner with Purpose
    Sit side-by-side with global leaders. Understand what they need, then co-create strategies that bring the right people to the table.
  • Elevate DE&I
    Embed inclusive hiring from first call to final offer. Guide managers with best practices and raise the bar.
  • Drive Process and Change
    Spot what’s working. Fix what’s not. Lead updates that simplify and strengthen our hiring engine.
  • Track What Matters
    Use performance metrics to guide decisions, show progress, and spark continuous improvement.
  • Be the Bridge
    Work closely with Global HR Leads and HRBPs. Stay aligned, transparent, and connected to our broader people strategy.
  • Represent the Brand
    You’ll be the face of PlayStation recruiting, inside and out. Build strong relationships. Bring energy and integrity to every interaction.

What You Bring

  • A track record of inclusive leadership, you've led teams (3+ direct reports) and helped them thrive.
  • Deep experience across multiple business areas, including eCommerce, Sales, Group Functions, and in the EMEA landscape.
  • Strong consultative chops - you can influence senior stakeholders and shape big hiring decisions.
  • Executive search know-how - you’ve done the mapping, the sourcing, the assessments.
  • Passion for PlayStation's brand and culture and the ability to tell that story with authenticity.
  • Data fluency - you use insights to act smarter and move faster.
  • Resilience in complexity - you stay cool, solve problems, and adapt with ease.
  • A true DE&I mindset where fairness and inclusion are baked into everything you do.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location. 

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

This is a flexible role that can be remote, with varying pay ranges based on geographic location. For example, if you are based out of Seattle, the estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.

$192,300 - $288,500 USD
