Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-functional programs by coordinating scope, timelines, and team alignment across engineering, product, and other stakeholders groups.
  • Partner with Product, UX, and Engineering leads to translate business requirements and product epics into clear user stories and implementation plans.
  • Drive execution by leading sprint planning, tracking dependencies, and ensuring milestone clarity. 
  • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and delivery gaps, and work with leads to drive resolution. 
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, retros, backlog refinements) and ensure  sprint planning hygiene, including Jira upkeep.
  • Coordinate Program artifacts such as feature plans, sprint plans, and delivery/release schedules - tracking scope, risks and dependencies.
  • Provide timely program status updates and surface key risks to Engineering, Product, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Contribute to team delivery best practices and help evolve processes that improve cross-team coordination and execution velocity.
  • Support change initiatives or delivery process improvements within and across teams, helping the org scale delivery more effectively.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional technical programs from planning through delivery.
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the full software development lifecycle. 
  • Ability to decompose product epics/features into actionable user stories and track delivery execution.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and UX to align on scope, planning and delivery. 
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence across multiple teams and stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency with tools such as (JIRA, Confluence, Google Workspace, Slack, etc. 
  • Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams
  • Background in delivering full-stack applications.
  • Prior experience as a Software or QA Engineer.
  • Experience as Product Owner or Scrum Master.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.

$148,600 - $222,800 USD
