Apprenticeship Overview:
- This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity, with 4 days per week based at our London office and 1 day attending the Arts & Business College of London.
- This apprenticeship is open to applicants aged 18 or over at the time of starting, in line with programme requirements.
While working to gain an apprenticeship in Business Administration, you’ll be working as part of our Digital Game Monetisation (DGM) team, which will give you the opportunity to learn and develop skills and knowledge from different roles.
An apprenticeship within our Digital Game Monetisation team will let you develop your workplace behaviours, learning to work with others and build positive working relationships. You’ll interact with and influence colleagues and gain working level contact with customers and partners. You’ll develop strong oral and written communication skills, use your own initiative and take a structured approach to the prioritisation of tasks.
You’ll develop skills in IT, record and documentation production and project management, taking responsibility for initiating and completing tasks and managing & prioritising your time to successfully meet deadlines – skills which are transferrable to all sectors.
Role Overview:
The Digital Game Monetisation (DGM) team, within Direct-to-Consumer, increases revenue and engagement by leveraging commercial insights, partnerships, and an overview of PlayStation's content business. The team focuses on maximising digital game revenue by efficiently managing publishers’ titles throughout the sales lifecycle using data-driven methods.
You will help the DGM team achieve its goals and increase commercial opportunities for PlayStation Store.
What you’ll be doing:
- Pricing –assisting with the pricing of content for the PlayStation store globally.
- Department administration – tasks include submitting data analysis requests, managing the pre-order submission process and where required assigning to relevant internal teams for monitoring and fulfilment, providing weekly performance updates, compiling regular slate presentation content, and other related duties.
- Competitor analysis – conducting a thorough assessment of the competitive landscape for titles on the PS Store, with an emphasis on evaluating pricing strategies and the value proposition of content relative to competitors.
- Promotional proposals – distribution of promotion proposals to our publishing partners to assist with driving towards promotions revenue targets.
- New Release/Promotional performance distribution – distribution of new release/promotional performance to partners: compiling and contextualizing partner title performances.
- Sales performance and tracker updates – Responsible for updating sales trackers, populating reporting templates with weekly results, and distributing them to key internal stakeholders. Additionally, maintain and update activity trackers for principal franchises
- Presenting analysis – Working with the DGM team to compile analysis to build presentations in support of activity proposals and performance insights.
- PS Store QA checks – responsible for conducting new release checks on the PS Store and maintaining ongoing product page reviews to help ensure the customer journey and experience meet established standards and recommendations.
- Back catalogue management – supporting the administration of substantial back catalogue content to ensure the continued commercial viability of product offerings.

- Comfortable working to deadlines in a dynamic environment
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
