Business Analyst, Corporate Planning
Our Global Vendor Management team is growing, and we’re looking for a collaborative, solutions-oriented Business Analyst to help scale and evolve our vendor operations.
In this role, you’ll own day-to-day contract and vendor relationship management while driving the global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process across hardware and services. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance, optimize vendor performance, and improve contract lifecycle processes.
This is a highly visible role with global scope (US, EU, JP, APAC), where you’ll lead business planning discussions, influence vendor strategy, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability.
What You'll Do:
- Handle multiple vendor relationships and contracts across cross-functional teams
- Lead the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process (contracts, POs, invoicing)
- Analyze vendor performance and contractual data; provide insights and recommendations
- Build and present vendor performance dashboards and financial reports to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure contract and purchasing activities comply with Legal and Finance policies
- Maintain accurate contract and PO tracking within internal systems
- Guide internal stakeholders on vendor and contract management best practices
- Support business planning, vendor strategy sessions, and operational meetings
- Identify and implement process improvements across vendor management and contract lifecycle
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a technology-related environment
- Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay processes
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaboration tools
- Shown experience leading end-to-end P2P processes (contracts, purchase orders, payments)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Experience influencing stakeholders and driving process improvements
- Strong operational rigor with a track record in vendor and contract management
Technical & Tools Experience:
- SAP (SRM), Coupa (PO creation and invoicing)
- Contract management tools (e.g., Agiloft)
- Ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Collaboration tools (Slack, Microsoft 365, Google Drive, Box, Confluence)
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with Data Center Operations or Services
- Familiarity with hardware procurement (servers, racks, switches)
- Experience handling vendor contracts related to data center services or circuits

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$110,500 - $165,700 USD
