Sony Music Entertainment (SME) is looking for an experienced coordinator to join the exceptional team at Sony Music Latin Iberia. This role will be a Flex First role (in-office and working remotely). The Coordinator, Digital & New Business plays a key role in supporting the Digital and New Business department. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for digital media. The role will report to the EVP, Digital Strategy and Ancillary Revenue.
What you'll do:
- Manage schedules, calendar and expense reports for executives
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities
- Coordinate and manage campaigns across various platforms
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with interdepartmental teams
- Manage PO process for the digital department
- Manage department specific training platforms
- Generating and distributing monthly departmental, revenue and deal reports
- Preparing power point presentations for departmental and regional meetings
- Coordinate offsite meetings and events as needed
- Quarterly roster updates and tracking
- Brand deal support
- Special projects as needed
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in digital marketing or business development.
- Entertainment, advertising and/or label experience preferred.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
- Music business experience a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while still paying attention to detail and spotting potential issues.
- Proven success in a role that required outstanding communication skills with ability to document, support, communicate, and present recommendations.
- Ability to remember and recall details of multiple projects on request.
- Ability to be flexible and maintain a positive outlook.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- English and Spanish business proficiency required.
- Ability to work in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale, Florida area.
