Supervisor, Digital Supply Chain

The Supervisor, Digital Supply Chain supporting the day to day management of key digital partners and digital operations, and contributes to the ideation, development and execution of campaigns with digital partners. 

This role is also overseeing the digital supply chain from order to delivery, providing research on operations, and implementing process improvements. This is a unique opportunity to influence how music reaches listeners around the world.

What you'll do:

  • The account owner of YouTube Music, LINE MUSIC, Autra and Walkgame.  
  • YouTube 3rd party channel <K歌熱門精選> managing and video content creating and editing.
  • Providing local DSP data to regional data team.
  • Monitoring digital performances on both social campaigns and DSP charts for internal follow up and action plans.
  • Local telecoms account service including projects marketing and social media collaboration.
  • Monthly digital reports checking, uploading and problems solved.
  • Ensure digital platforms are utilized effectively and have clear strategic and tactical value.
  • Digital Operations via SME supply chain system.
  • Providing new release info and assets to DSPs and affiliates.  
  • Spotify account takeover.
  • Spotify label ads and extra ads planning, managing and result sharing.
 

Who you are:

  • University graduate in any disciplines but degrees of relevant subjects are preferred
  • Passionate with track records of success in business development and driving sales
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience, with passion in music & entertainment will also be considered
  • Experience working with digital industry or digital agencies will be advantageous
  • Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking
  • Strong understanding of technology trends, market best practice and digital marketing tools
  • Creative, bright, pragmatic and dedicated, with strong relationship management and consulting skills
  • A team player, happy working independently but also to collaborate with colleagues in a matrixed organization.
  • Well-versed in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Well-versed in Photoshop, Premier, CapCut/剪映 is a plus.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
