Manager, DSP Marketing (Domestic)

The Associate Manager of local DSP Marketing will be responsible for pitching and securing DSP promotions and ensuring quality releases of SME local repertoire to digital streaming platforms (DSP), through utilizing SME internal systems, managing digital supply chain operational workflows, and communicating with SME Artist & Label teams and local DSP business partners. Essential to this role is a solid understanding of local and global digital services, promotions, metadata, and digital release flows.

 

What you'll do:

•    Act as the main person of contact for securing and executing DSP promotion activities with close communication with SMEK local label distribution, marketing managers and external DSP counterparts. 
•    Ensure all digital assets and products are delivered to all DSPs in a timely fashion, according to release flows and partner demands, while being responsible for quality control of digital assets.
•    Manage & maintain day-to-day relationships with digital service providers (including but not limited to Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, Melon, Genie, FLO, Bugs, VIBE, etc.), including global services and local services.

 

Who you are:

•    At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field—experience in DSP communication, account management, or digital promotion operations is preferred.
•    Strong knowledge of digital platforms, media channels, and digital trends in the music industry.
•    Deep interest and knowledge in music, particularly local music.
•    Proficiency in English communication and fluency in Korean.
•    Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced industry such as entertainment, music, music distribution, or music content tech platforms is desirable.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing smooth interactions with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
•    Ability to handle multiple projects with strict deadlines.
