Finance and Tax Manager

As a the Finance and Tax Manager, you will be responsible for the statutory tax filing which includes tax audits that requires in depth knowledge of local tax laws.

You will be supporting the Country General Manager and the local team on finance matters and projects.

 

What you'll do:

  •  Statutory audit - liaison with the auditor and prepare the required documents
  •  Review tax payments, tax return filings and tax reconciliation
  • Liaise with tax consultant in preparing annual tax return & TP Docs
  • Month End closing and report
  •  Budget and forecasting
  • Finance advisor to GMs and Department Heads – preparing Project P&L, analysis, etc

 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce/finance/business/economics majoring in accounting;
  • Brevet A&B
  • Experience in handling Tax Audit and Tax litigation
  • Must have at least 6 - 9 years experiences in Taxation. Experience in Consulting Firm will be preferable
  • Must have experience in tax audit matters and reconciliation
  • Familiar with international tax document & regulations such as DGT & TP documentations
  • Fluent in written and oral English
  •  Proficient in computer operation and software applications (SAP)
  • Capable of working independently and teamwork
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
