
Specialist/Associate Manager, Finance

In this exciting position, you will be at the forefront of our financial operations, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulations.
You will manage critical areas such as Treasury operations, Tax filing, financial operations for the specific sales, and month-end closing, while also overseeing the finance governance of expenditures through the internal system.
You will collaborate closely with our Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) team to streamline processes and enhance our financial reporting capabilities. Your expertise will not only support the financial health of the organization but will also empower us to pursue new business opportunities and maximize our investments. What you'll do:
- Treasury Management: Oversee daily treasury functions, cash flow management, and liquidity planning.
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P): Ensure efficient and compliant P2P processes, including vendor payments and financial reconciliations.
- Intercompany: Communication, balance verification, and Preparation of tax-related documents.
- Tax filing: Manage and ensure timely and accurate WHT/VAT filing and compliance with tax regulations.
- Collaborate with other finance team members to ensure alignment and integration of financial processes.
- Sales Control: Oversee the control of financial operations related to Licensing & New Business sales
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights into financial performance and strategic decision-making.
Who you are:
- Passionate about Music!
- Proven experience in accounts payable and corporate card administration.
- Proficient in using Concur or similar expense management systems.
- Proficient in using SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, but not mandatory.
