Manager / Assistant Manager, Finance

You will manage critical areas such as Treasury operations, P2P processes, VAT reporting, and expense account closing, while also overseeing the financial governance of marketing expenditures through the internal system.
As a key leader, you'll collaborate closely with our Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) team to streamline processes and enhance our financial reporting capabilities. Your expertise will not only support the financial health of the organization but will also empower us to pursue new business opportunities and maximize our investments. What you'll do:
- Treasury Management: Oversee daily treasury functions, cash flow management, and liquidity planning.
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P): Ensure efficient and compliant P2P processes, including vendor payments and financial reconciliations.
- VAT Reporting: Manage and ensure timely and accurate VAT reporting and compliance with tax regulations.
- Marketing Spend Control: Manage marketing budgets and control spend through the Web PO system.
- Collaborate with other finance team members to ensure alignment and integration of financial processes.
- Expense and Physical Sales Control: Oversee the control of expenses and the financial operations related to physical sales.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights into financial performance and strategic decision-making.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the Finance department.
Who you are:
- Passionate about Music!
- Proven experience in accounts payable and corporate card administration.
- Proficient in using Concur or similar expense management systems.
- Proficient in using SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, but not mandatory.
