Supervisor, International Marketing (Catalogue)

In this role, you will be a key driver of digital marketing within Sony Music China international team.

Your primary mission is to amplify the reach and engagement of our international catalogue, maximizing streams and visibility across platforms.

You will spearhead innovative digital campaigns for a diverse roster of artists—spanning rock, hip-hop, pop, dance, and beyond—leveraging cutting-edge social media strategies and partnerships to elevate their presence in the market.

 

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media and digital activations.
  • Align strategies with global product managers to optimize the international music catalogue promo.
  • Collaborate closely with digital sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution on local DSPs side.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing partners for physical album production and distribution.
  • Analyze music industry trends and performance metrics using data tools to inform catalogue strategy.
 

Who you are:

  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
  • In-depth understanding of international popular music and its history and fan community in China.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing preferably in the music industry.
  • Technical understanding of social media platforms, including Douyin, Weibo, Rednote, etc…
