Digital Creative Intern

We are looking for a Digital Creative Intern to join our Creative Marketing team in Belgium starting January 2025. As a Digital Creative Intern, you play an essential role in creating impactful content and maintaining a vibrant online community for our Sony Music artists. You will have the opportunity to further develop your skills in content creation, community management, and social media strategy in a dynamic and stimulating environment. During this internship, you will report to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Creation of Social Assets: You design creative content for our artists' releases, including short-form & long-form content, social media content, video advertisements, posters, and similar assets, to be utilized across necessary channels (using Adobe suite, CapCut, etc.). You translate creative ideas into impactful online content in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Managers, Content Producers, and Creative Campaign Manager.
  • Social Media Management: You manage the Sony Music-owned social media platforms and ensure a consistent content rollout for these channels.
  • Video Content Production: You regularly go on location to produce high-quality content. Think of behind-the-scenes material during video clips, content shoots with artists, and capturing live performances. Together with the Digital Marketing Managers and Content Producers, you ensure that the content is visually appealing and professionally finished.
  • Creative Input: As a Digital Creative Intern, you actively contribute to the creative aspect of campaigns and content shoots together with the Content Producers. You come up with ideas for locations, concepts, and content formats that align with current trends, such as emerging TikTok challenges or new social media formats.
  • Print Layout: Besides digital assets, you are also involved in the design and preparation of print work. From banners to posters, you ensure an accurate and attractive layout that is ready for production.
  • Campaign Visuals: At events, you are the go-to person for everything related to visuals. This means you are responsible for designing digital visuals, print, and other graphic assets. You ensure a consistent and professional appearance that matches the identity of the event, the artists, or Sony Music's branding.

About you

  • You are available from January 2025 for at least 4 months and 5 days per week.
  • Strong affinity with music, design and social media.
  • You excel in graphic design.
  • You are proficient with the Adobe suite (Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, and Premiere Pro, etc.) for photo and video editing.
  • TikTok, YouTube (Shorts), Instagram (Reels), Discord, and X hold no secrets for you.
