Merchandiser - Ceremony of Roses

We are looking for a detail-oriented Merchandiser with experience in logistics, invoicing, and follow-up processes with garment manufacturers. In this role, you will play a key part in managing licensed merchandise for music artists, ensuring smooth coordination between manufacturers, vendors, and internal teams.

What you'll do:

  • Supply Chain & Logistics Management: Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely production and delivery of merchandise.
  • Invoicing & Financial Coordination: look after invoice processing, payments, and budget tracking for merchandise orders.
  • Royalty & Licensing Compliance: Track royalties, ensure accurate reporting, and confirm all merchandise adheres to licensing agreements, DTRs  and brand guidelines.
  • Production Follow-Up: Track production schedules, ensure quality control, and resolve any manufacturing delays on retailers internal systems.
  • Vendor & Manufacturer Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with garment manufacturers, printers, and suppliers.
  • Licensing Compliance: Ensure all merchandise aligns with licensing agreements and brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with design, finance  and sales teams to execute merchandise plans effectively.

Who you are:

  •  + 5 years proven experience in merchandising, logistics, and invoicing, preferably in apparel or licensed merchandise.
  • Strong understanding of garment production processes, vendor management, and Direct-to-Retail (DTR) operations.
  • Experience with royalty reporting, licensing compliance, and financial reconciliation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and invoicing software is a plus.
  • Passion for music and artist branding is a bonus!
