As an Analyst, Digital Operations you will provide support with various supply chain enhancement projects, as well as own processes related to the maintenance, clearance & distribution of our audio/video digital catalog.
What you'll do:
- Role model SMG’s Global People Promise, Values and Behaviors in all that you do, helping to drive a sustainable high-performance culture within our business
- Provide onboarding support of Digital Service Providers (DSPs) to SME’s reporting specifications, ensuring data compliance, and providing regular status updates to key stakeholders
- Continuously work with Operations, Technology teams and labels to manage projects that improve overall supply chain and maximize efficiencies in our supply chain
- Assist with the claiming/monetizing of SME’s video catalog and allowlisting process across various DSPs
- Aid in the clean-up of ownership conflicts and reference overlaps
- Manage daily label queries and communications with DSPs
- Create and manage training & documentation including maintaining an up-to-date central repository/wiki for DSP-specific processes.
- Monitor the health of delivery channels and resolve failures
- Support Label Operations team ad-hoc
Who you are:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience required; 1-3 years process/account management experience preferred
- Must work well under deadline pressure; detailed-oriented, adaptable, and accepting of abrupt change and unforeseen challenges
- Ability to drive projects from initiation to completion independently
- Strong oral and written communications skills including the ability to communicate independently with external partners, senior management, and Sony Music Labels
- Experience working with general index databases, advanced proficiency in Excel and Word, and intermediate proficiency in Access.

New York Pay Range
$65,000 - $72,000 USD
