The Global Finance Shared Service Center supports the core business with finance related matters, covering a wide scope of activities across the globe. We ensure suppliers and artists are paid on time for the amazing work they create. We work closely with the local finance teams around the world which means we have an excellent understanding of how the company operates and are kept up to date with key developments in this exciting and fast paced industry. The Order-To-Cash Digital Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Revenue Order to Cash Associate Director within the Sales Reporting department with sales reporting & processing, data quality analysis, Financial Postings & Accruals, and overseeing cash application for various different income streams, as well as other special projects as directed by management.
What you'll do:
Management
- Supervision of day-to-day activities of BPO agents including:
- Training, setting goals, monitoring progress and leading all aspects of completion of assigned projects/tasks
Sales File Processing and Data Quality
- Review and processing of digital sales files to ensure they are compliant with the deal terms while also taking appropriate actions for non-compliant reporting.
- Business Process Improvements
- Specifically focusing on identifying and addressing “root cause” of issues
Partner & Deal Management
- Establish and manage relationships with digital service providers to ensure robust communication is in place so reporting is delivered timely and according to the reporting rules set for processing.
- Set up and maintenance of customer/deals, within internal SME systems as well as in coordination with the Deal Partner, Business & Legal Affairs, and deal administrators
Communication & Coordination
- Ongoing interaction & communication of issues with management and sales partners regarding Sales reporting concerns
- Liaise & coordinate with various teams on joint work items (including IS&T and off-shore partners)
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree; business management preferred
- Minimum of 4 years work experience; music industry or other entertainment field preferred
- Detail oriented individual with strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time productively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze and review information from several different sources (corporate systems)
- Prior experience with SAP, Royalty Systems, and/or Sales Systems would be strongly preferred
- Capable of working independently, while also integrating into a team environment
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Proficiency in English language required: reading, written, and oral
- Additional foreign languages are a plus
