The Supply Manager is a key role within Ceremony of Roses’ Operations department. The primary function of this role is to manage the end-to-end process of Ceremony of Roses’ supply business, meaning the wholesale supply of non-royalty bearing merchandise to a variety of clients.
Within this process, the Supply Manager will be responsible for client onboarding, purchase order precurement, invoice generation, and final reconciliation. The Supply Manager works closely with the Finance, Freight & Logistics, and Account Management teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visibility across all supply-related activity. A successful candidate in the role will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a problem solving attitude when approached with challenges.
The role reports direcly to the VP of Operations, Artist Brand Accounts.
What you'll do:
- Manage the end-to-end process of Purchase Orders (POs) and invoicing for activity across the supply revenue channel. Create, route, and submit purchase orders to clients, department heads, and internal teams. Submit billing requests and track deposits and invoices from issue to payment, keeping documentation organized and up to date. Track and file freight and shipment records. Serve as the go-to person for the status of operations and performance within the supply revenue channel.
- Review Production’s supply COGs sheets to ensure cost inputs are accurate and aligned with expected margins. Flag any issues related to profitability and route the COGs for internal approval before order confirmation.
- Coordinate with Account Managers and clients to gather all required details for setting up new customers in the system. Ensure billing info and contact details are accurate, and provide visibility to both operations and finance teams.
- Track the movement of goods between global COR offices and support inter-company supply activity. Work with SME labels, and SME global offices to ensure POs and invoices are issued and processed correctly. Maintain compliance with internal protocols.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Finance to deliver accurate forecasting across the supply revenue channel. Provide clear, organized reports on COGS, profitability, and overall performance as needed by the VP of Operations, Artist Brand Accounts, or other stakeholders.
- Assist the Logistics & Inventory Manager with organizing and processing product donations to charities, non-profits, and other organizations. Coordinate documentation, inventory allocation, and internal approvals to ensure such programs are executed and with compliance.
Who you are:
- 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience with Asana or other work-flow management systems preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
