4th Floor Creative is Sony Music Entertainment UK’s in-house creative & strategy hub, launched in 2018 to unite Brand Partnerships, Sync, Visual Creative, Podcasting, Digital and Audience Development. Led by music industry powerhouse Cassandra Gracey, the London-based division works with Sony Music’s iconic labels – including Columbia, RCA, Commercial Group, Ministry of Sound, Relentless, Insanity – to orchestrate best-in-class activations and amplify artist and brand stories to connect with a global audience.
The Brand Partnerships Intern has the opportunity to work across a multitude of disciplines, not limited to: marketing, account management, artist relations, digital, planning and research, production and creative. The candidates time will be split between general tasks such as finance admin and copywriting for comms assets with equal focus being allocated to more creative projects including artist ideation sessions and pitching to a variety of external brand partners. The Brand Partnerships team are an integral part of 4th Floor Creative. We are a diverse, fast paced and integrated team who deliver partnership opportunities for artists and labels across the Sony Music roster.

What you'll do:

Team support - general admin tasks; invoicing, PO generation, team diary management,gig/ event invites etc

Deck building and research - collecting stats and visuals for presentations and answer to briefs

Artist/ Label Relations- acting as a point of contact for peers across the wider labels and department.

Daily reporting on marketing and brand campaigns

Helping team with billing, POs and assorted finance admin related tasks (car bookings, raising invoices, updating key trackers, etc)

Attendance and support at artist and brand shoots

Artist gifting co-ordination
