The CRM team is part of 4th Floor Creative’s Digital & Audience Development function, sitting centrally within the UK business. CRM revolves around an artist fanbase - optimising strategic initiatives to capture first party data compiled of fans’ demographic, transactional and behavioural data from multiple touch points. This information informs and supports hyper-targeted and personalised messaging in the pursuit of the best fan experience with efficient marketing cost. This role is an integral support function for the team, you’ll be actively involved in a growing area of the business. 

What you'll do:

  • Create digital mechanics such as emails, competitions, sign up forms and pre-saves to support audience engagement and growth, using inhouse platforms and third-party tools such as Moveable Ink and Wyng
  • Work with the wider Digital & Audience Development team, and labels to build and manage label and artist owned audiences
  • Support with CRM strategy in label and artist meetings to ensure CRM is a core strategic component in all digital marketing campaigns
  • Develop best practice case studies and documentation working closely with CRM Operations
  • Reporting and analysis of CRM activations using internal tools and third-party platforms including Salesforce and Snowflake

  • A technology enthusiast, innovative with a passion for music
  • Digitally minded with great communication skills, a laser-focused eye for detail and a relentless desire to get things done
  • Have experience and interest in direct artist-to-fan marketing
  • Great ability to stay motivated, organised, and work collaboratively with lots of different people
  • Familiar with managing a heavy workload and working to tight deadlines
