Digital Content Operation Coordinator (1 year contract)

In this role you will work closely with the A&R and Digital team to apply for the files and codes required for the songs to go online in a timely and high-quality manner, and skillfully operate the internal and external systems to ensure the timely release of the songs.

 

What you'll do:

  • Applying for product information code (ISRC) in the national standard coding system, including single songs, albums, MVs and other products.

  • Applying for relevant product numbers in the company's internal GRPS system, including the total product code, product numbers corresponding to different broadcasting platforms, etc..

  • Fill in and check the song information, such as song title, artist name, lyricist information, etc., to ensure that the information is correct.

  • Quality, quantity and timeliness of work to ensure that all internal songs, collaborations and distributions are released on time.

  • Other tasks as assigned by department head

 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in music, communication, marketing, or related fields.

  • Strong team work and smooth communication.

  • Proficient in the use of office software, English reading and writing proficiency.

  • Careful, patient, high demand for details.

  • Ensure high quality output even in repetitive work content.
