FP&A Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy FP&A Manager to lead our overall P&L forecasting and business planning (BP) processes.

This role will play a critical part in supporting strategic deal evaluations, partnering with cross-functional teams, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

 

What you'll do:

•    Lead annual budgeting, align with business teams to decompose strategic goals and set revenue/cost/cash flow benchmarks.
•    Establish monthly/quarterly rolling forecast mechanism covering P&L and core KPIs.
•    Track budget execution, analyze variances and issue risk early warning with optimization proposals.
•    Build customized financial models for diversified revenue and cost control.
•    Conduct feasibility analysis for project evaluation with financial calculation and risk assessment.
•    Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance and identify trends.
•    Respond to ad-hoc management requests for decision support.

 

Who you are:

•    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
•    5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
•    Strong in data analytics
•    Strong command of financial modeling, data analysis, and accounting principles.
•    Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
•    Proficiency in Excel, financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive), and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
