
Digital Operation & Marketing Executive - Liquid State
As a Digital Operation and Marketing Coordinator, you will manage the digital operation and marketing process. This includes gathering and documenting product requirements, and working with teams to ensure all digital operations work is executed timely and accurately.
Furthermore, you will be required to produce reporting for all priority artists and songs for the team on a weekly basis.
You will also manage daily content uploads for social media in China, working with the marketing team on ideation and production of original content to feature.
What you'll do:
1. Digital Operation
- Lead the music product servicing workflow: collect, archive, and deliver product assets to DSP partners.
- Coordinate with internal marketing and project managers to maintain and update all product-related materials.
- Handle song claiming and copyright conflicts across platforms in coordination with internal rights management and DSP teams.
- Compile product feedback and placement reports to support internal evaluation and partner communication.
- Basic understanding of label copy, metadata, and backend tools across TME, NetEase, Qishui and The Orchard.
2. Social Media & Platform Operations
- Managed daily content uploads and scheduling across Douyin, Weibo, Bilibili, WeChat Channels, and RedNote.
- Supported the China team with basic visual content creation using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and CapCut.
- Managed day-to-day social media operations, developing and collaborating original content with the marketing team for Liquid State channels.
3. Performance Monitoring
- Maintained weekly content reports on streams, video engagement, follower growth, and UGC volume.
- Compiled monthly DSP stream & trend reports, weekly chart positions, etc.
- Any other responsibilities or works to be assigned by the manager or the Company.
Who you are:
- At least 1-2 years’ working experience in the local music business, record label experience will be a plus. Has knowledge of the music streaming landscape.
- Strategic thinker, creative marketer, great relationship builder, and a problem solver.
- Native Mandarin speaking, advanced English speaking and writing skills. Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to speak in forums, meetings and presentations.
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized. Time sensitive, capable of meeting the project timeline.
