As Creator Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping the artist’s audience engage with his fans and reach new fans through the development and execution of comprehensive multi-channel marketing plans and platforms based on audience insights. Your role would support the Audience Development team in thinking of creative “out of the box” marketing tactics, working on SonyMusic Latin’s social media properties, as well as artists accounts.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinates & executes regional creator campaigns + process for all R.O.s on hub priority projects/viral hub rep; helps provide best practices and local feedback to non-regional teams to inform wider strategy

     

  • Analyze emerging trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms to identify creative opportunities for artists. 

     

  • Develop content strategies rooted in social algorithm insight, cultural context, and fan behavior to enhance streaming conversion and artist discovery

     

  • Develop and manage influencer and creator partnerships that align with artist identity and campaign goals, from concept through execution

     

  • Evaluate campaign performance, optimize in real-time, and present real-time & actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

     

  • Executes hub campaigns set up (contesting, microsites, regional rep email & 1-1 strategy etc.); work closely with US CRM, regional legal & marketing teams

     

  • Lead end-to-end development and optimization of email, SMS, and CRM campaigns to drive fan engagement, retention, and lifetime value, from concept through performance analysis for regional repertoire worked via the hub - cascading learnings to the rest of the org 

     

  • Work with product and global privacy teams to advise on regional BLA/privacy requirements for future fan engagement tools 

     

  • Explore external products and tools to drive fan acquisition and engagement, as well as maintain competitive case studies across both the industry and similar (fashion/sports/beauty etc.)

     

  • Oversees fan engagement strategy for the region inclusive of fan acquisition & engagement, privacy & BLA coordination/processes, creator strategy & partner developments

     

  • Contribute to ideation of global fan engagement release plans and ensure rep owner strategy is executed successfully locally via hub - for global, select developing, regional priority releases and viral tracks worked by the hub

     

  • Align and present campaign plans and performance to senior leadership; and managers/artists as requested

     

  • Stay ahead of social, streaming, and fan culture trends—identify new platform activations, influencer partnerships, and creative formats

     

  • Assist in content creation for Sony and artists socials, that is engaging to fans and conveys the appropriate audience tone

     

  • Assist Audience Development Team in Influencer Marketing campaigns and creative ideas.

  • Aid in working on any administrative duties for the Audience Development Team (payment order for vendor services, processing invoices for payment, etc.).

Who you are:

•    3+ years of experience in social media strategy, content, or creator marketing within music, entertainment, or digital media.
•    Deep proficiency in short-form platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and their algorithms
•    Exceptional creative instincts paired with data-driven decision-making.
•    Ability to manage multiple campaigns and fast-moving trends with clarity and flexibility.
•    Proficiency in CRM platforms, marketing automation, email/SMS strategy
•    Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
•    Attention to detail and proactive
•    Bi-lingual preferred (English & Spanish)
•    Proficiency with CRM systems, paid media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Meta, Google Ads), and analytics tools
•    Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
•    Strong passion for music, fandom culture, and digital trends
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management software
•    Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, multitask, and prioritize
•    Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative
•    Being able to work under pressure
