As the Logistics and Inventory Manager, you’ll drive the flow, storage, and distribution of products for The Merch Collective. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our goods move efficiently from supplier to customer, optimizing inventory and logistics operations, and collaborating across teams to deliver on-time, every time. Success in this role means seamless logistics and accurate inventory management.
What you'll do:
- Oversee and optimize logistics processes, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and transportation.
- Act as the primary liaison between the organization and third-party warehouse/logistics providers, ensuring clear communication, alignment on service expectations, and resolution of operational issues; collaborate with internal teams to synchronize inventory and logistics strategies.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage inventory control systems (WMS, ERP).
- Supervise daily logistics operations, enforce best practices, and managing of resources.
- Develop and implement efficient routing, shipping schedules, and delivery strategies.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 3–7 years in logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain roles.
- Proficient with inventory software, ERP, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, Data-driven, with a process improvement mindset.
