What you'll do:
- Assist in the planning and execution of album/single releases
- Conduct market research to identify trends and emerging talent
- Assist in generating ideas for marketing plans
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful release rollout
- Track production timelines and ensure on-time delivery of assets
- Deck creation (Canva, Photoshop, etc)
- Collection and upload of release assets
- Bi-Weekly trending/viral topics
- Influencers database upkeep
- Organize audio files, label copy, versions, and related creative materials to ensure marketing has what it needs at each stage
- Recruit and manage domestic and overseas producers, songwriters and coordinate with other publishers, record labels, artists, talent managers do develop best sound set for talent.
- Review demos submitted and organized all received demos in the system
- Coordinate writing sessions and camps targeted for all artist projects
- Coordinate records and sessions for mixing and mastering, analyze and manage song release date, budgeting, and project scheduling
- Relevant support work, including updating and organizing files, checklists, processing and tracking expenses and invoices, itinerary and travel for artist
- Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays according to album release or recording schedules and communication with Headquarters in the Miami time zone
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Music related field
- Social Media competent
- AI competent
- 1-2 years of experience in the music industry (internships included)
- Strong interest in Musica Mexicana
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

$82,000 - $87,000 USD
