
IT Asset Management Analyst (6 Month FTC)
The IT Asset Management Analyst will support the full lifecycle of IT hardware assets across the region. This role ensures accurate procurement, tracking, maintenance, deployment, refresh, and disposal of IT equipment. You will collaborate with Global and Local technology, facilities, procurement, and finance teams to deliver a seamless asset experience. Success in this role looks like efficient, accurate and compliant asset lifecycle operations, excellent data accuracy, and proactive identification of process improvements.
What you'll do:
- Execute end-to-end IT asset lifecycle management, including receiving, inventory control, asset assignment, tracking, reclamation, refurbishment, retirement, and disposal.
- Maintain accurate asset documentation, stock levels, and refresh schedules.
- Manage routine and complex work requests such as bulk orders, non-standard equipment requests, and hardware refresh activities.
- Coordinate asset installation, hardware preparation, configuration, and allocation.
- Support procurement of IT equipment, including placing orders, liaising with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct annual asset refresh reviews and contribute to budget planning.
- Partner with Global and Local Technology, Facilities, People Experience, Finance, and Real Estate teams
- Perform data analysis, reporting, and compliance tracking across Global asset systems.
- Identify and escalate issues, process variances, and improvement opportunities.
Who you are:

Experience in a similar role in IT Asset Management, IT lifecycle management, procurement, or IT equipment installation.

Understanding of asset tracking systems, hardware lifecycle operations, and associated workflows.

Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain accurate data.

Problem-solver who anticipates challenges and escalates appropriately.

Familiarity with Freshservice or other ITSM systems preferred.

Comfortable working with Global stakeholders across time zones and cultural contexts.
