
Manager - Support and Operations (1 year contract)
The Manager - Operations & Support at AWAL is responsible for partner onboarding and support, release planning and operations and vendor management for AWAL teams across the globe.
What you'll do:
- Vendor onboarding & Vendor Payment support for AWAL teams globally.
- Coordinate and manage partner onboarding for key AWAL partners based in South Asia and South East Asia, including the setup of a partner's account with AWAL including setup of banking information.
- Support audio release operations of AWAL partners based in the above regions in conjunction with our global ops teams.
- Support AWAL partners with AWAL processes and systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and delivery timelines.
Who you are:
- Minimum 3–5 years of work experience (preferably in operations/coordination roles).
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Marketing, Operations, or related fields).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume, deadline-driven workflows.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on trends.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
