■職務内容/ Job Description(Roles & Responsibilities)
【業務概要】
PlayStationを利用するお客様に対して、魅力的なエンタテインメント体験を提供するため、数多くのWebサービスをスクラムチームによるアジャイル方式で開発しています。
オープンソースミドルウェア、クラウド技術を用いて、マイクロサービスアーキテクチャでのスケーラブルかつ応答性が高いシステムの開発を行っています。
PlayStation Networkの月間アクティブユーザー数は1億人を超え、世界中のPlayStation、Android/iOSアプリ、ウェブブラウザから大量にアクセスされます。システムの運用はDevOpsのスタイルで行っており、スクラム内のオペレーションメンバーと密に連携し、サービスの安定運用を図っています。
関連部署とのコミュニケーションはslackやメールなどを使って行い、担当サービスによっては海外拠点のチームとの英語によるコミュニケーションが求められることがあります。必要に応じて海外出張にも行っていただくことがあります。

【募集内容】
PlayStation Network向けのサーバーアプリケーションを設計・開発する業務です。
Web APIの開発、特に詳細設計、Javaもしくはpythonによるコーディング、レビュー、テストなどを中心に担当していただきます。また、経験や志向性によっては要件定義、アーキテクチャ設計といった業務も担当していただきます。

■語学力 / Language Skills
グローバルに存在する各拠点のスタッフとの密な連携のため、英語によるコミュニケーション(メール、電話会議、出張)が必要とされることがあります。TOEIC700以上が望ましいですが、自ら向上する意欲があれば現在の語学力は問いません。

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location. 

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

This is a flexible role that can be remote, with varying pay ranges based on geographic location. For example, if you are based out of Seattle, the estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
