CRM Consultant (Salesforce and HubSpot) for Sora Union

As Data Analyst (CRM Consultant), you will play a key role in driving sales efficiency and operational excellence.  Leveraging your expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot, you’ll fine-tune our systems, implement data-driven insights, and foster collaboration to accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration and Optimization

  • Customize and maintain Salesforce to meet the needs of sales, marketing, product, and management teams.
  • Configure workflows, automation rules, and task reminders to support sales operations and client service functions.
  • Create and manage user profiles, roles, and permissions while ensuring data security and accuracy.
  • Implement and refine data validation rules, custom fields, and workflows to enhance client profiles.

User Support and Training

  • Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, addressing questions and promoting best practices.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and resources (e.g., videos, guides) to enable effective use of Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Update training materials and documentation as workflows or tools evolve.

Data Management and Analysis

  • Maintain data integrity and conduct regular clean-ups within Salesforce.
  • Partner with marketing on audience segmentation and email list management.
  • Build business intelligence dashboards and reports to analyze sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
  • Track and interpret key metrics, such as client engagement and pipeline velocity.

Workflow and Process Optimization

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Establish a clear pipeline management process, automating tasks to improve efficiency and visibility.
  • Develop automated workflows to streamline client service functions, including follow-ups and task tracking.
  • Implement a ticketing system within Salesforce/HubSpot to track client issues and support activities.
  • Create management dashboards to evaluate progress and drive strategic decisions.

Integration and App Management

  • Integrate Salesforce with other tools (e.g., ticketing systems, marketing automation tools) for seamless data flow.
  • Manage and optimize third-party Salesforce/HubSpot apps to align with operational needs.
  • Oversee integrations for BI tools, email marketing platforms, and document management systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis or operations.
  • Minimum 3 years as a Salesforce Admin/Consultant; ADM 201 certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce custom objects, workflows, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot and its integration with Salesforce.
  • Expertise in data management, analysis, and reporting; experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus.
  • Background in the asset and wealth management industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Startup experience preferred.
