Technical Team Lead for Sora Union

We are looking for a Technical Team Lead with 8+ years of experience to join our distributed team of creative professionals. Your technical skills, passion for programming, and ability to navigate both front-end and back-end technologies will greatly enhance our team's ability to deliver innovative solutions. You'll be responsible for:

• Technical Leadership:
  Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions.
  Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  Drive technical decision-making and contribute to architectural discussions.
  Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Project Execution:
  Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to team members.
  Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions.
  Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software projects.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including engineers, product managers, and designers.
  Facilitate technical discussions and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify areas for improvement in engineering processes and workflows.
  Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.
  Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Proven Experience: 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and architectural concepts.
• Programming Proficiency: Excellent programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) and frameworks.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Collaboration: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.  - would be a plus.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). - would be a plus.
• Experience with DevOps practices. - would be a plus.
• Contributions to open-source projects. - would be a plus.
