We are seeking a Strategy and Research Intern to support our Strategic Advice and Market Positioning Consulting work across a range of customers. 

This role will also contribute to broader Market Positioning and Brand Research projects, helping define and structure how we deliver insights that matter.

You will play a key role in building scalable research processes and frameworks, shaping how our team gathers, analyzes, and presents intelligence.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Conduct thorough market, industry, and competitor research to support customer engagements;
• Assist in developing strategic insights and recommendations for positioning and branding projects;
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Design teams  on customer work;
• Help define and document a standardized research process for Sora Union, including templates and presentation formats;
• Explore and customize research tools to enhance quality and efficiency;
• Present findings in a clear, structured, and actionable format for internal and customer-facing use.

IDEALLY, YOU’LL HAVE:

• Currently enrolled in US University /an MBA program with focus on business development or similar graduate program;
• Previous internship or work experience in research or related fields is a plus;
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and proactive problem-solving abilities;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to both internal and external stakeholders;
• Familiarity with operational frameworks, acquisition processes, and business development practices;
• Exceptional attention to details and execution;
• Proficient interpersonal skills, cross-group, and cross-culture cooperation.
