We’re seeking an experienced Freelance Growth Marketing Designer to sit at the intersection of creative design, performance marketing, and growth strategy. You will lead the design and execution of high-converting visual assets used in campaigns, landing pages, and email marketing. 

You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to build and execute a project plan that aligns with operational goals and timelines.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

 Creative Production

• Design compelling ad creatives for social media, display, email, and search
• Create and iterate on landing pages optimized for conversion
• Design email templates and marketing automation assets
• Ensure creative alignment with established brand guidelines, adapting them as necessary to optimize conversions.
• Create iterative design variations based on performance data and user feedback.

 Growth Strategy

• Plan and execute growth marketing strategies across digital channels (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, email).
• Define conversion funnels, user journeys, and KPIs to measure and improve effectiveness.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation strategies to optimize conversion rates across: visuals, messaging, UX tweaks
• Develop design hypotheses and execute data-driven iterations
• Help define visual strategies for different user segments and funnels

• Work closely with stakeholders to maintain compliance standards, particularly in regulated industries like healthcare (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
• Coordinate with external CRO experts or partners as needed.
  
  

IDEALLY, YOU’LL HAVE:

• 4+ years experience in performance or growth design, ideally in Healthtech, SaaS, or consumer apps
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, etc.)
• Strong grasp of growth marketing principles and user behavior
• Portfolio of design work across paid ads, landing pages, and email campaigns
• Experience with A/B testing and interpreting results
• Ability to balance speed, experimentation, and visual excellence
• Understanding of compliance needs in healthcare (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
  
  

 Nice-to-Have:

• Motion design or video editing skills (e.g., After Effects, Premiere)
• Experience with tools like Webflow, Unbounce, or HubSpot
• Familiarity with digital analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
• Knowledge of patient engagement, health literacy, or accessibility standards
