THE ROLE

We are looking to add a Recruiting Coordinator to join our recruiting team. This person will partner closely with internal recruiters through the full-cycle recruiting process across business areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work as an ambassador for the global talent acquisition team to assist in the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding new hires
  • Post and manage our job descriptions and careers platform internally and externally
  • Manage the candidate experience globally by interfacing with candidates, third-party vendors, and internal colleagues to coordinate interview panels and schedule interviews through various platforms including phone, video and in-person
  • Actively maintain and track candidate pipelines in an internal recruiting database
  • Build global processes from pre to post-hire that span across the HR team, finance, and legal 
  • Work closely with the recruiting team to continually improve recruitment processes and practices
  • Manage candidate and position management in our internal systems including Successfactors, Greenhouse, LinkedIn 
  • Drive reporting of our vacancies and candidate pipelines globally
  • Work closely with HR through the hiring and onboarding process
  • Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition on strategy and execution of our internal mobility, global mobility processes including visas, relocation and tax support

IDEAL EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field of study required
  • 1+ years of professional experience in a role involving heavy coordination, problem solving, multi-tasking, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to independently manage multiple long-term and short-term projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong verbal communication skills, and the ability to perceive nuance in oral interactions
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards
  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint

The proposed base salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 plus OT. In addition to base salary successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus, as well as a competitive benefits package. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
