
Part-time IT Support - Los Angeles
This position is a part-time role that requires 20-25 hours of work per week at $35/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person IT support to LA based staff, including VIPs and executives
- Support for macOS, Windows, and peripheral devices in the LA office
- Act as the frontline for accurate walk-up support for hardware and software troubleshooting
- Support onboarding and offboarding: account setup, device prep, and access provisioning
- Maintain conference room systems (Zoom Rooms, AV, cameras, displays, mics)
- Monitor and resolve helpdesk tickets with clear communication and follow-through
- Handle hardware setups, imaging, inventory, and asset tracking
- Escalate issues as needed and collaborate with the global IT team
- Partner with vendors and managed service providers for network or hardware issues
- Ensure security compliance through device management and user access reviews
Experience and Background:
- Hands-on experience providing IT support in a hybrid or corporate environment
- Familiar with macOS, Windows, and business tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.)
- Experience administering Google Workspace and MDM tools (Jamf preferred)
- Solid understanding of networking basics (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS)
- Experience supporting AV and conference room tech (Zoom Rooms preferred)
- Comfortable working onsite full time in a user-facing support role
- Eager to learn and contribute to team success
